Ok so this is has been one of the longest weeks of the school year so far. However, this is week 3 of BRG so we would walk 90 seconds and run 30 seconds. Today was the last day of the week and the run went really well. We ran up hill almost the entire 40 minutes today. On the last rotation of running I was about to stop and start walking but about the same time I was giving up I hear one of my team mates say you can do it! Keep fighting! That did the trick and I was able to make it the last part of the run. After that it was a 5 minute cool down walk. I am glad that I bought running shoes because my knees and feet are not hurting! It was a great day and a great run!!!!!!!
