Well today should be day 2 of hip hop abs, but I woke up with a fever and a sore throat. So I didn’t get to workout but I did stick to the meal plan. I’m more hungry today than I was yesterday. I did weigh myself again and I have lost 5 pounds in the first day. I think it is besides have not had salt so it is probably water weight. Ugh I hope my body stops hurting from the fever, but even if it does not I’m stop going to exercise tomorrow.
